At Forest Fuel, we believe wellness starts with truth. That’s why every batch of our organic mushroom powder goes through rigorous third-party testing—so you know exactly what’s fueling your day.
This week, I filmed the full process from our lab in Hamilton, Montana. No filters. No fluff. Just real footage of how we prepare, seal, and send our samples for independent analysis.
Step 1: Scooping the Blend
Inside our quarantine room, I carefully scoop our organic mushroom powder—sourced from Nammex—into sterile containers. This isn’t just about precision; it’s about protecting sample integrity from the moment it leaves our hands.
Step 2: Weighing and Sealing
Each sample is weighed to the gram and sealed in a controlled environment. We take this step seriously because accurate testing starts with accurate handling.
Step 3: Off to the Lab
Once sealed, the samples are packed and sent off for third-party testing. I even filmed the drop-off at the post office—because transparency doesn’t stop at the lab door.
Why It Matters
Third-party testing isn’t just a checkbox for us. It’s how we prove that Forest Fuel is clean, potent, and safe. We test for heavy metals, microbial contaminants, and active compounds—so you get verified wellness, not marketing fluff.
Montana-Made, Verified for You
From our lab in Hamilton to your cup, Forest Fuel is built on trust. We’re proud to show you every step of the journey—and we’ll keep sharing updates as results come in.
Thanks for being part of a community that values truth, transparency, and forest-powered wellness.
What We Test For
Every batch of Forest Fuel mushroom powder is sent for third-party analysis to ensure it meets the highest standards of safety and potency. Here’s what we test for:
✅ Identity & Potency
Beta-glucan content (active compounds that support immune health)
Polysaccharide levels
Active compounds specific to each mushroom species
✅ Purity & Safety
Heavy metals: Lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury
Microbial contaminants: Yeast, mold, E. coli, Salmonella
Pesticide residues
Moisture content (to prevent spoilage and ensure shelf stability)
✅ Quality Assurance
Visual inspection for consistency and color
Organoleptic testing (smell, taste, texture)
Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a third-party lab
This testing process is more than a checklist—it’s our promise to you. From scooping in the quarantine room to mailing samples off for analysis, we’re proud to show you every step.
Want to see the results when they come in? Stay tuned—we’ll be sharing them right here.
